FUNdraiser!

Raising money for your favorite non-profit organization is easy and fun for your supporters when you host a fundraising event. Your supporters will have a blast and you could raise $200 or more for your cause.

Here’s how it works:

There are no physical tickets to sell.  We handle all payment transactions through our online registration system.
Your supporters can sign up directly on our website or call Whispering Wood Studios.

To book a fundraiser, we suggest a minimum of  30 People at a location of your choice.  We have a pre-set workshop price of $30 per person. 

*There is a required deposit of $100 that is refunded once the minimal requirement is sold.

We suggest you book your fundraiser a minimum of 4 weeks in advance of your event in order to allow adequate time to sell at least 15 (at our studio) or 30 (off site, your facility)  seats so that the event is profitable for you. We cut off registration one week prior to the event to allow us time to prepare the materials.  We will advertise your fundraiser alongside our other events on our social media outlets.

After the event, we will donate proceeds directly to the organization. You must provide us with evidence that you are authorized to collect donations for the organization you represent.

Fundraisers may be scheduled via phone or email for both in studio and off site locations. Workshops last approximately 3 hours.

Birthday Party!

Whispering Wood Studios has fun birthday party projects for all ages.   Currently, we are unable to host birthday parties but are willing to come to you!!

Private Event!

Whispering Wood Studios offers private workshops for groups at your place such as  bridal showers, birthdays, family/friend reunions, corporate events, church groups, fundraisers (see fundraiser page for more details), or for any reason you and your group want to hang out for fun!

For your party or event, we will  come to you for 3 hours with everything needed to create your project from start to finish.  You will have the choice of many of our project designs offered in our gallery and your own instructor for guidance.  Everyone will get to choose from our line of water based stains and paints to customize their projects in the studio.  

​

To book a party or event workshop, contact us via email or phone for available dates and prices.   To book your mobile party/event, we just ask there be a minimum of 6 attending.   Your guests will need to pay individually via your reservation link.   If you Can’t meet our minimum requirement, no problem, we can look for a better accommodating date, although we do need a 3 days notice of any date changes.
